We are excited to announce a new partnership with the American Board of Medical Specialties® (ABMS).
ABMS is a nationally recognized not-for-profit organization that serves the public and the medical profession by improving the quality of health care through setting professional and educational standards for medical specialty practice and certification in partnership with its 24 Member Boards. To better meet the needs of today’s physicians, ABMS has created CertLink®, an innovative technology platform for online assessment programs for its Member Boards.
CertLink combines best practices in adult learning theory, offering real-time assessment programs that drive physician professional development and learning. Using a longitudinal assessment approach and adaptive algorithms to provide physicians with an engaging continuous learning experience, the platform has received positive feedback from the ABMS Member Boards and the greater physician community as well.
CertLink will leverage the ITS Continuous Learning for Assessment system, a next-generation version of the ITS test delivery platform that combines learning, assessment, item banking, and reporting. The ITS system is accessible through phone and tablet apps for Android and iOS, and through browsers on Windows, Mac, and Linux. Certification candidates and diplomates will take questions and track progress at home and on the go, with a focus on learning through integrated content.
