The votes are in! Employees have voted Internet Testing Systems (ITS) as the number one ranked Baltimore’s Top Workplace in the midsize category! For the ninth year in a row, ITS has been named a Top Workplace in Baltimore, but coming in first place this year is extra special.
Each December, The Baltimore Sun publishes a list of the region’s Top Workplaces, which are selected based on anonymous employee surveys. This award is important to us because we strive to build a workplace where employees feel acknowledged and supported. The past few years have brought many changes and challenges to the workplace, but our goal to create a community-oriented environment where employees can continue to learn and grow remains the same. We’re thankful for each of our employees and appreciate their dedication, passion, and hard work.
