Lucky 13: The ITS Costume Contest tradition is alive!

It all started 13 years ago. An employee who loves costumes (that’s me!) asked our CEO, Pat Ward, if we could please have a costume contest in the office. Not only was Pat into the idea, but he said, “We need a good prize so we get good costumes.” He was right about that. (He usually is.)

What we couldn’t have known then is that 13 (!!) years later, this little idea would become one of our favorite and most legendary ITS traditions.

Fast forward to today, and with our hybrid workforce, we now offer two ways to participate: by submitting a photo or video, or by joining the in-person parade at our Baltimore office. We’ll let the video do the talking, but it’s safe to say we’re blown away every year by the creativity and talent of the ITS team!

Watch the video:

The grand prize winners are chosen by an exclusive employee-only vote, but YOU get to help crown our People’s Choice Champion!
