At ITS, community service is one of our core values. In fact, we have an internal name that we use to describe our community efforts: the ITS Giving Pack! One of our initiatives is hosting regular Service Days, which are opportunities for team members to volunteer with local organizations. When the Baltimore Animal Rescue and Care Shelter (BARCS) put out the word that they needed volunteers, several team members reached out to HR and said, “This is the perfect job for us!”
The ITS Giving Pack walked the sweet bundles of joy at BARCS and explored the onsite trails on this adventure. It was the perfect day for our team to spend time with dogs that needed a little extra love, and it doubled as a great team-building experience. Watch our team in action!
The day went by too fast as we laughed, played, and got lots of dog kisses. We hope these dogs find their forever families soon. Until next time, BARCS!
