Remote and hybrid work has been a major win for our team. Folks relocated closer to their families, parents can be present for after school events, and we collectively embraced the amazingness of stretchy pants. But we missed meeting each other face-to-face and hearing the pitter-patter of paws in our Baltimore office, so our “ITS In-Office Work Weeks” were born.
Our team split into three squads that each came together for a week of IRL shenanigans. Picture this: catered lunches from our favorite Baltimore haunts, bowling showdowns, escape room escapades, French cooking lessons, and yes, axe throwing! (Let’s just say some of us are destined for lumberjack fame, while others… well, they’re still working on it.)
We got decked out in cozy ITS hoodies, took new headshots, and even had meetings in our conference rooms (like, with actual people in them). We all walked away with a skip in our step and a newfound understanding of crème anglaise.
We’re already counting down the days until the next “ITS In-Office Work Weeks.” Watch out, 2024—we’re turning the fun dial up to eleven!

Maili joined the ITS team in 2010. She is our Employee Event Planner, Creative Lead, and People Person. Maili holds a BA in Visual and Performing Arts from UMBC and maintains the SHRM Certified Professional certification. (We aren’t sure how she does it, but she somehow uses both of those accreditations in her role at ITS!) When she isn’t designing one of our famous ITS T-shirts, you can find her helping our team with their benefits. Outside of ITS, she is a professional photographer and a mom to one tiny human and two tiny cats. Maili loves coffee, CrossFit, and meeting new people.
