From 2013 to 2019, our legendary costume contest took place in person at our Baltimore office. The ITS ghosts and ghouls strutted their stuff in a spine-tingling parade down our own “Diagon Alley.”
In 2020, the pandemic forced our parade to go virtual, transforming our spooky celebration into an online affair. But this year, our in-person parade has risen from the grave!
With our growing team of new faces scattered across the country and our commitment to a remote workforce, we decided to keep the virtual costume tradition alive too. It’s the best of both worlds—whether you’re haunting the halls in person or summoning your eerie ensemble from afar!

Maili joined the ITS team in 2010. She is our Employee Event Planner, Creative Lead, and People Person. Maili holds a BA in Visual and Performing Arts from UMBC and maintains the SHRM Certified Professional certification. (We aren’t sure how she does it, but she somehow uses both of those accreditations in her role at ITS!) When she isn’t designing one of our famous ITS T-shirts, you can find her helping our team with their benefits.
