I.C.E. Exchange 2022 – Innovator Award – CertLink®

In October 2022, the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) won the Innovator Award presented by the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (I.C.E.) at the I.C.E. EXG conference. ABMS won the award for its development of the CertLink® assessment platform.

CertLink® works at the intersection of assessment and learning to support ongoing professional development. Several ABMS Member Boards are using CertLink® to create self-paced online programs for professional development that integrate learning and assessment into the pace of daily life.

Innovations in Testing Conference 2023 – Innovation Fast-Pitch Audience Choice Award – ITS

In March 2023, ITS won the Innovation Fast-Pitch Audience Choice Award presented by the Association of Test Publishers (ATP) at the Innovations in Testing conference. We won the award for our Continuous Certification technology and methodologies.

I.C.E. Exchange 2023 – Innovator Award – NBCRNA

In October 2023, the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) won the Innovator Award presented by the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (I.C.E.) at the I.C.E. EXG conference. NBCRNA won the award for its ongoing work surrounding the Continued Professional Certification (CPC) Program and research into longitudinal assessment (LA).

The NBCRNA research team recently completed a study to explore the potential of LA as an alternative assessment approach that promotes patient safety and lifelong learning to meet the needs of the Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA) profession.
